Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and company property.
• Monitor entrance and exit points to control access to the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols in all areas of the venue.
• Respond quickly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Check bags or belongings when required, following company procedures.
• Assist in crowd control and maintain order during busy periods or events.
• Report suspicious activities, accidents, or damages to management immediately.
• Work closely with management and other departments to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or a related field.
• Good physical condition and alertness.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
