About the role
This is a security position responsible for safeguarding company premises, managing access control, and maintaining a safe and conducive environment.
- Key responsibilities
- Conduct security for company areas (access entry/exit, perimeter, and assets)
- Perform inspections of visitors, vehicles, and goods according to procedure
- Conduct routine patrols to ensure safe and conducive conditions
- Handle emergency situations (fire, theft, security disturbances)
- Operate CCTV and other security systems
- Create incident reports and daily activity logs
- Enforce company regulations related to security and order
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Security training certificate (Gada Pratama preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience as security personnel (service sector experience preferred)
- Understanding of security procedures and occupational health and safety (K3)
- Good and firm communication skills
- Good physical health and stamina
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible
- Willing to work shifts (including nights and holidays)
