Job Description
- Position: Security Officer & Parking Attendant
- Shift: Afternoon/Night, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week [exact hours to be confirmed]
- Status: [Permanent / fixed-term], 3-month probation
Main duties
- Guard the site and assets; patrol regularly and log all checks
- Control access for guests, vendors, and deliveries
Handle disruptive guests: communicate politely first, be physically present, and call the duty manager or police if needed (no force beyond what is lawful)
- Guide drivers to park correctly and answer basic guest questions
- Respond first in emergencies (fire, medical, power outage)
- Write incident reports and shift handover notes
- Coordinate with the existing security team for 24-hour coverage
Additional duties
Keep the parking area, entrance, and surroundings clean
Requirements
- Gada Pratama certificate, KTA, and SKCK
- Healthy, fit, and disciplined; friendly and calm with guests
- Basic English; willing to work nights and weekends
- 1+ year of security or hospitality experience preferred
