You will operate, maintain, and enhance physical security systems, including access control, CCTV/VMS, and alarm platforms, to ensure high availability and optimal performance across the organisation. You will monitor system health, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime, while coordinating deployments, upgrades and configurations with internal teams and external vendors. You will also support the installation and commissioning of field devices, ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements, and maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures.

In addition, you will collaborate with IT, security teams and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, support automation initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency. You will contribute to knowledge sharing and training, while providing ongoing support to strengthen the organisation’s overall security posture and resilience.
