Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree Accounting (Finance or related field)
- Minimum 7 years in accounting/financial reporting including month-end close and consolidation; shared-service experience preferred
- Strong command of PSAK and consolidation accounting (mandatory)
- CPA/CA or Brevet A & B preferred
- Proficiency in ERP and consolidation tools
Job Description
- Run the close calendar for all reporting units: journals, accruals, balance sheet schedules and monthly closings.
- Validate and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policy and DOA.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and the group reporting package for GM (Controller) review.
- Maintain the AR ledger and reconciliation with branch collection data.
Enforce 3-way match compliance (PO - goods receipt - invoice) on all AP before posting; no payment proposal proceeds without a complete match or an approved exception.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations with audit-ready working papers for every entity.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions with regional and subsidiary data.
- Provide first-line audit support: PBC documents, schedules and explanations for internal and external audits.
- Assign, supervise and develop SSC staff; manage workload across entities and peak close periods.
