Senior Accountant & Fixed Assets

ACCOUNTING

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Record daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist iupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• n audit processes by providing fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation.
• Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ensure proper capitalization of assets.
• Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.

FIXED ASSET

• Manage and maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) accurately and timely.
• Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and write-offs in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Calculate and monitor asset depreciation and amortization.
• Perform periodic fixed asset reconciliations between accounting records and physical assets.
• Coordinate and conduct fixed asset verification and stock-taking activities.
• Ensure proper asset tagging, classification, and documentation.
• Prepare fixed asset reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist in audit processes by providing fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation.
• Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ensure proper capitalization of assets.
• Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to fixed asset management.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets Accounting or General Accounting.
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, depreciation methods, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations related to fixed assets.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• MUST BE ABLE to Speak English Or Mandarin
• Able to work in Roster at Morowali
