SENIOR ACCOUNTING TAX

Asia Group is offering an opportunity for those with experience in taxation and accounting to join our team as a Senior Tax & Accounting Specialist. This position plays a key role in the company’s bookkeeping, reporting, tax payments, and financial administration oversight.

Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement);
• Calculate the company’s tax liabilities on a regular basis;
• Post journal entries to accounting software (Mekari Jurnal, MYOB, Accurate);
• Verifying and archiving financial documents;
• Issuing tax invoices and preparing tax reports (SPT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PB1, PPN);
• Performing financial data reconciliations and adjustments;
• Coordinating with external parties regarding financial and tax matters.

Qualifications

• Aged 25–39 years;
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of taxation;
• Familiar with Coretax and the Indonesian tax system;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe PDF;
• Proficient in accounting software (Mekari Jurnal, Accurate, or MYOB);
• Possession of Brevet A & B certificates (preferred);
• Understanding of tax reporting procedures (Annual Tax Return, Income Tax, Value-Added Tax, Import Duty, etc.);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Communicative and detail-oriented;
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work Monday through Saturday
• Comfortable communicating with ar or other party
• Able to multitask in certain situations

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work on holidays **if required
• Willing to go on business trips
