Deskripsi

  • Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
  • Analyze performance drivers across acquisition, retention, revenue, costs, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to validate data and investigate performance gaps.
  • Recommend improvement actions and track their progress and impact.
  • Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management or business analysis, preferably in telecommunications or home broadband.
  • Understanding of FTTH and FWA KPI metrics, including subscriber base, gross adds, churn, ARPU, revenue, and profitability.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power Bl or similar reporting tools.
  • Able to independently validate data, identify performance gaps, and present clear recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of Al tools for data analysis, such as Claude or DeepSeek, is an added advantage.
