Job description for Senior Art Director at Công Ty Tnhh Spring Production
At Spring CC, we believe the best ideas deserve to exist in the real world.
From big thinking to high-volume production, we bridge the gap between imagination and delivery - developing creative ideas, building campaigns, and creating content that performs across markets, platforms and audiences.
With more than 500 specialists across Europe and Asia, we're one of Denmark's largest creative companies, partnering with ambitious global brands to bring bold ideas to life at scale.
But great work starts with great people.
Our culture is built on collaboration, curiosity and the belief that we're always Better. Together. We value talented people who challenge ideas, support each other, embrace new technology, and never stop learning.
If you thrive on variety, love solving creative challenges, and enjoy bringing ideas to life across multiple brands, you'll feel right at home at Spring.
The Role
As a Senior Art Director, you’ll develop and bring to life creative ideas for local-market campaigns and brand activations across different countries and languages.
You’ll be equally comfortable starting with a blank page as you are taking an established or partially developed idea from a client or Creative Director and seeing it through to execution. From campaign concepts and visual territories to content, retail and activation, you’ll shape work that is creatively strong, relevant to the local market and ready to exist in the real world.
This is a senior, hands-on creative role for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with excellent visual craft. You’ll work closely with clients and internal specialists, confidently presenting ideas to senior marketing stakeholders, managing feedback and helping turn creative ambition into effective, well-executed work.
You’ll bring curiosity to every brief, challenge when appropriate, and find opportunities to make the work sharper, more distinctive and more impactful.
Responsibilities
Develop original creative concepts and visual directions for local-market campaigns, activations and brand communication.
Turn briefs into clear, compelling ideas that work across relevant channels and touchpoints.
Art direct and execute work across campaign, content, social, retail, digital and physical experiences.
Present creative work confidently and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, producers and other specialists to bring ideas to life.
Ensure creative work is visually strong, on-brand and delivered to the highest standard.

Experience developing campaigns and bringing ideas to life across multiple channels.
The ability to create ideas from scratch as well as develop and elevate existing creative platforms.
Confidence presenting work and navigating conversations with senior client and marketing stakeholders.
A strong understanding of contemporary culture, design, brands and communication.
A curious mindset that challenges the brief, asks thoughtful questions and uncovers stronger creative opportunities.
Comfortable moving between big-picture art direction and hands-on design.
An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Bonus Points
Experience working with local-market campaigns, retail or brand activations.
Experience using AI creative tools.
Knowledge of film, photography and content production.
Experience briefing or reviewing work from designers, freelancers or external partners.
Strong Photoshop skills, including compositing, creating visual effects and combining multiple images.
Experience with motion design, 3D or other emerging creative tools.
Illustration skills.
The Kind of Creative We’re Looking For
You’re an Art Director who loves getting into the work, not just directing it.
You enjoy sketching ideas, exploring layouts, designing key visuals, building decks, and figuring out how a great idea comes to life.
You’re comfortable starting with a blank page finding the creative idea, shaping the visual world around it, and working closely with the team to bring it all the way through to execution.
You’re also happy to flex between conceptual projects and design-led work, depending on what the brief needs.
In short: a strong conceptual thinker, visual storyteller, and hands-on designer.
Why You'll Love Working Here
A team that backs each other, challenges each other, and celebrates the wins together.
Probably the best colleagues you'll ever find (or so we've heard).
The opportunity to work on globally recognized brands.
A culture that values ideas, curiosity and continuous learning.
Access to the latest creative tools and AI technologies.
Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
