Job Description
- We’re looking for a passionate and experienced
- Senior Barista
- to join our team!
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring coffee quality, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the team in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based and manual brew beverages
- Maintain coffee quality and consistency following RO3ST’s standards
- Supervise and train junior baristas
- Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of the bar area
- Work closely with the Head Barista and Operations team
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1 years of experience
- as a Barista
- (experience in specialty coffee is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of espresso, V60/manual brew, and coffee cupping
- Able to brew and familiar with V60 and other manual brewing methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts
- Passionate about coffee and continuous learning
