Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Managers & Recruiters across Indonesia, wider to SEA sub region
- Oversee P&L, recruitment operations, and performance results
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Drive solution‑focused sales and business development
- Expand networks and consult clients on talent strategies
- Source potential clients through multiple channels
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate across teams to promote cross‑selling
- Focus on staffing business
🎯 Ideal Professional Attributes, Skill and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in any disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment / executive search / staffing agency (360 exposure)
Proven leadership experience in staffing/placement or recruitment - in several/multiple countries in Asia within the same job scope would be advantageous
- High-level relationship with multinational companies in the mining, energy & renewable sector
- Strong business development mindset
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- Experience managing P&L is a strong advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Results driven with a focus on achieving business growth targets and a proven track record locally and preferably regionally in delivering revenue targets
Proficiency in the English language commensurate with the work.
