- Senior Consultant
- to lead strategic consulting engagements and manage high-impact projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6 consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
- Analyze complex business issues and develop practical, data-driven recommendations
- Lead workshops, presentations, and executive discussions with clients
- Mentor junior consultants and foster team development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions
- Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client acquisition
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to firm growth
What we are looking for
- ✅ Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university
- ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Consulting
- ✅ Proven track record leading consulting projects and managing client engagements
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of 6 consultants or more
- ✅ Experience working with BUMN, Government Institutions, or large corporations is highly preferred
- ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- ✅ Strong project management and people leadership experience
- ✅ Professional, client-focused, and able to build trusted relationships
