- Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of technology and information cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in overseeing cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and business continuity planning.
- Support compliance initiatives related to security frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into technology solutions and business processes.
- Assist in managing technology initiatives, vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and technology risks and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support team development through coaching, performance monitoring, and capability-building initiatives.
- Prepare and present technology and security reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to director & management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science specific Cyber security or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, IT governance, risk management, and network security.
- Direct experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC 2.
- Relevant professional certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical thinking, decision making, and critical thinking skills.
