Criteria & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, ICT, or related. Max 40 y.o.
- A High-level professional certifications (HCIE or CCIE are highly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Engineer (Solution Delivery roles within the ICT or ISP industry), FWA Architecture-Design and Delivery
- Has a proven capability in designing technical solution architectures and a track record of delivering high-stakes, key projects.
- Hands-on and direct experience with IP RAN solutions for backbone networks, SDN for data centers, and WLAN, SD-WAN, and Firewall products for campus environments as crucial components in Fixed Wireless Access.
- Has a professional proficiency in core technologies, including MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure (stress resistance).
- Experience in team management and leading technical experts, demonstrating seniority and technical maturity.
- Strong analytical mindset, solution-driven, collaborative, and adaptive to a fast-paced environment.
- Has English professional fluency in spoken and written. And proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a preferred advantage.
Role overview
Responsible for the end-to-end technical leadership of FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) and FTTx solutions within the ISP sector.
Serve as the primary technical architect and liaison for high-value enterprise accounts. Responsible for ensuring that the "last-mile" wireless connectivity of FWA is seamlessly integrated with robust backend infrastructures (IP RAN backbone networks and deploying advanced protocols like MPLS and SRv6).
Drive the integration of software-defined technologies, includes designing and overseeing SD-WAN and SDN architectures that utilize VXLAN and NCE-x to provide customers with intelligent traffic management and secure campus connectivity.
Act as a strategic problem-solver, conducting rigorous solution reviews, leading cross-domain teams, and using proactive network monitoring to identify new business opportunities.
