Job Description
- Manage marketplace sales and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and discounts.
- Analyze sales performance and competitor pricing.
- Manage product pricing and optimize sales strategies.
- Calculate product profitability based on HPP and marketplace prices.
- Monitor advertising performance and promotional costs.
- Prepare daily sales reports, work plans, and performance evaluations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Sales & Marketing.
- Experienced in setting up campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and flash sales.
- Strong understanding of HPP, marketplace prices, profit margins, and pricing strategies.
- Able to calculate profit after discounts, commissions, advertising, and other selling costs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and sales data analysis.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
