Senior Engineer – Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of the OSI model, network protocols, network architecture, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience managing networks, servers, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure.

Knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity principles, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, incident response, and threat intelligence.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions across network, server, and security environments.
• CompTIA Server+, Cloud+, Security+, or equivalent industry certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical consultation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interactions with multinational principals and customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Manage, monitor, secure, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, including network devices, physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and cloud-based environments.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues across all layers of the OSI model to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Conduct vulnerability assessments, monitor security threats, respond to security incidents, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to protect organizational systems and data assets.

Perform Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) activities, including threat data collection, investigation, and tactical analysis to identify potential security risks.

Design, configure, maintain, and scale network, server, and cloud infrastructure to support business operations and ensure system availability.

Implement proactive system monitoring, maintenance, updates, and security improvements to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system performance.

Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and follow-up.

Provide high-level technical support and consultation to customers, communicating technical issues, security incidents, and resolution steps clearly and professionally.

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with multinational principals, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure a high level of service availability through rapid incident response, effective troubleshooting, and adherence to operational and security standards.
