Senior Fill & pack Engineer

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
• Senior Filling and Packaging Engineer

to join our team at our manufacturing site in Malang, East Java. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic engineering projects, supporting the validation, verification, and successful delivery of filling and packaging initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.

This is limited contract of 1-year.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and leadership for filling and packaging equipment, including bottle, tube, deodorant, and jar production lines.

Lead equipment qualification and validation activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ) and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Manage the installation, commissioning, startup, and handover of filling and packaging projects to operations.

Develop and maintain key project documentation, including URS, validation protocols, ramp-up plans, risk assessments, and as-built documentation.

Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Packaging Development, Process Engineering, Utilities, Safety, contractors, and equipment suppliers.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to ensure successful achievement of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, GMP requirements, safety policies, and local regulations throughout project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, efficiency, and product quality.

Coordinate and oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities related to equipment installation and facility modifications, ensuring quality, schedule, and site readiness requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• English proficiency
• Good in Ms. Office
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
