• Senior Finance Accounting Associate
• 🔎
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, payment preparation, and vendor account reconciliation
• Review vendor invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
• Process and monitor vendor payments in a timely manner to support smooth business operations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and supporting schedules
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow management activities
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation regulations, including PPh, VAT, and e-Faktur administration
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with PSAK and company standards
• Maintain proper financial documentation and strengthen internal control processes
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and insights to support management decision-making and business growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Accounts Payable functions
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles (PSAK), and bookkeeping processes
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, vendor payment management, and financial reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and spreadsheet management
• Experience using accounting software such as Odoo (highly preferred), SAP, Accurate, Zahir,
• Jurnal.id
• , or Xero
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 29, VAT, and e-Faktur)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism in handling financial data
