About the role

• Senior Finance
• professional to join our finance team in Central Jakarta on a
• full-time basis

. This is a strategic position responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and analysis functions across our operations. As Senior Finance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights that support management decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to develop and lead financial processes while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of financial statements and accounting records in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations

Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations and consolidations

• Develop and implement financial accounting policies, procedures and controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
• Analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and general ledger functions
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, providing guidance on accounting practices and professional development
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement systems enhancements to strengthen financial operations
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax planning initiatives
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve accounting queries and provide financial guidance on operational matters
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) is highly desirable

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting within a multinational or complex organisational environment

• Strong proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with SAP or similar platforms is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax compliance requirements in Indonesia
• Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and consolidation processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organisational levels
• Leadership experience with the ability to supervise, mentor and develop team members
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous
