Freight Forwarding
Senior Purchasing untuk pembelian barang, material, sparepart, ATK, atau kebutuhan umum lainnya. Kami membutuhkan spesialis senior yang berpengalaman matang dan memiliki jaringan kuat dalam mencari serta menegosiasikan tarif komersial untuk Sea Freight (Liner/Container, Sewa Kapal/Vessel/Barge/LCT/Breakbulk), Air Freight (Jasa kargo udara/Airlines/GSA), dan Land Freight (Trucking/Heavy-Haulage/Multimodal).
a purchasing officer/manager for general goods, materials, spare parts, or office supplies (ATK). We strictly require a senior specialist with a proven track record, mature experience, and a strong network in sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for Ocean Freight (Liner, Chartering, Vessel, Barge, LCT, Breakbulk), Air Freight (Airlines/GSAs), and Land Freight (Trucking & Heavy-Haulage).
Strategic Vendor Sourcing
: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with Shipping Lines, Vessel Owners (Barge/LCT), and specialized land transport providers across Indonesia.
Vendor Relationship & Performance Management
: Act as the primary point of contact for key vendors. Establish, maintain, and evaluate vendor performance (KPIs) regarding safety, reliability, lead time, and service quality.
: Source specialized equipment and heavy-haulage transport for infrastructure or factory construction projects, ensuring vendors meet strict technical and safety requirements.
Contract Management (SPAL)
: Draft, review, and finalize Ship Charter Party Agreements (SPAL) and transport service contracts in compliance with Indonesian maritime laws.
Export-Import & Customs Compliance
: Ensure all procurement activities align with International Trade and Indonesian customs regulations for both domestic and international shipments.
Experience
: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Service Procurement, Sourcing, Pricing, or Vendor Management within a Freight Forwarding or Project Logistics environment.
Industry Background
: Deep understanding of liner cost structures, space allocation, and multimodal logistics. (Experience working within a Shipping Line/Perusahaan Pelayaran
: Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors across Sea Freight (Liner & specialized vessels like Barge/LCT), Air Freight, and Land Freight (Heavy-haulage/Project Trucking).
Strong Network & Database
: Possess an active, wide, and well-maintained network of Shipping Lines, Vessel Owners, Air Cargo Agents, and Transport Vendors across Indonesia.
Export-Import & Customs Expertise
: Proficient in Indonesian customs regulations (Bea Cukai), HS Code classification, import-export compliance, and cross-border shipping documentation for both domestic and international logistics.
Management & Negotiation Skills
: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage vendor compliance, resolve field conflicts, and secure space protection during peak seasons.
