RESPONSIBILITY

• Report directly to the Head of Data & Commercial Excellence Tech and Project Manager.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly progress reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Maintain and support Odoo ERP operations, including bug fixing, change requests, and system enhancements within agreed SLAs.
• Provide user support and training for all Odoo modules, ensuring smooth adoption across departments.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Design, develop, and maintain Odoo custom modules and third-party system integrations (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, CRM, loyalty, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, WhatsApp, and sales).

Ensure high code quality through Git version control, peer reviews, secure coding practices, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Manage and maintain the company's Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, including deployment, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.

Implement infrastructure and application security best practices, including IAM management, access control, vulnerability management, and compliance with security standards.

• Monitor infrastructure availability, costs, and security, while maintaining documentation and providing regular operational reports.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years experience handling full-stack Odoo developments - with strong focus on website, accounting, manufacturing, inventory and sale
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, specifically with Odoo.

Portfolio: Min. 1 website build within Odoo platform with advanced customizations, additional websites built in other platforms a strong advantage

• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS as front-end languages
• Expert proficiency in Python & SQL as back-end languages
• Min. 2 years hands-on experience managing production workloads on Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage)
• Strong Linux server administration, Nginx, PostgreSQL administration, Docker and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build)
• Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices, backup & disaster recovery, and incident handling
• Google Cloud certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Security Engineer) a strong advantage
• Willing to be on-call outside working hours for critical incidents according to agreed schedule
• Understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
