- We are looking for an
CREATIVE INTERIOR DESIGNER
to undertake a variety of space designing projects, specialize in corporate offices. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
The goal to design practical spaces but yet visually aesthetically pleasing, functional, and safe.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Bid on new projects and estimate costs
- Determine project requirements and goals
- Create preliminary design plans through sketching
- Create final design plans with 2D and/or 3D design software
- Identify and order materials and furnishings for projects, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and fixtures
- Create and manage project timelines
- Oversee construction and installation of the design elements
- Follow up on completed projects to ensure client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven working experience and excellent portfolio in
OFFICE INTERIOR PROJECT
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
- Proficient in 2D and 3D design programs
- Creative and innovative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- know about building regulations and codes
- Additional
- certification of Interior Design Association
- is a plus
