Tanggung Jawab

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for existing systems and new IT projects.
• Define and document IT procurement needs and processes.
• Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional scrum teams.
• Manage and prioritize user demands based on business impact.
• Prepare product documentation and user guides.
• Coordinate Production Acceptance Test (PAT) and support go-live readiness.
• Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to evaluate solution effectiveness.
• Ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects aligned with the company’s annual business plan (RBT).

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum
• 2 years
• of experience as a Product Analyst, IT Analyst, or in digital product roles.
• Proficient in
• Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
• ; experienced with
• JIRA & Confluence
• Fluent in
• English
• with clear written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle, backlog management, and product testing.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to use data (SQL/analytics tools) to drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience with
• Agile/Scrum
• , sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
