Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to office and factory users
- Install and configure hardware, software, and printers
- Manage Microsoft 365 users and licenses
- Maintain UniFi network, firewall, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network and Internet issues
- Monitor cybersecurity and antivirus protection
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs
- Provide remote and onsite user support
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of RFID devices, barcode printers, and Zebra printers is an advantage
