- Volantis Technology is looking for an experienced
- LLM Architect / Senior LLM Engineer
to join our AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprise and government clients.
- Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications and AI agents.
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems for complex business workflows.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and proprietary LLMs.
- Design scalable AI infrastructure and high-performance inference services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model performance, reliability, and security.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent
- in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of experience
- in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or software engineering (Senior level preferred).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with frameworks such as
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, vLLM, or similar technologies
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
- Proficient in
- Python
- and familiar with modern software development practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
