Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Have background Education Textile or Garment is a plus.
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Experience in the garment/apparel industry is highly preferred.
- Capable to do costing and having knowledge about fabric and the sources is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
- Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and strong numerical skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to be placement at Bogor, Cileungsi, or Jakarta

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and oversee the costing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in managing orders from development stage through production.
- Maintain clear communication and provide excellent service to buyers.
- Ensure raw materials and accessories are available according to production schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
