You will work closely with business, technology, risk and change stakeholders to define future-state processes, identify interdependencies and ensure alignment between business capabilities, operating models and strategic objectives. You will provide architectural oversight and quality assurance across process design deliverables, guiding a team of process designers to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will also use process insights and data to identify opportunities for improvement, support decision-making and influence senior stakeholders on the direction and prioritisation of transformation initiatives.
