Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior PPIC Staff to oversee our production planning, scheduling, and inventory control functions. In this role, you will optimize capacity utilization, minimal material waste, and ensure the on-time delivery of garments.
Monitor daily and weekly production outputs against the plan, proactively identifying bottlenecks (e.g., sewing delays, line imbalances) and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate closely with the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality Control (QC) departments to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure all raw materials (fabric, threads, zippers, buttons, labels) are available ahead of the production timeline.
Monitor fabric consumption, track yield variance, and collaborate with the Pattern Making and Cutting teams to minimize fabric waste (CMT/FOB metrics).
Collaborate with the Procurement team to track the arrival status of imported and local raw materials, adjusting production schedules dynamically based on supply chain shifts.
Provide regular reports on PPIC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Order Fulfillment Rate, Production Plan Achievement, and Inventory Turnover.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in PPIC roles within the garment/apparel manufacturing industry (experience in high-volume export factories is highly preferred).
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific garment ERPs) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Exceptional analytical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight shipment deadlines.
Professional proficiency in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
