About the role

• We're looking for a
• Senior QA Engineer
• to strengthen our QA capacity and help improve the reliability and quality of the Invitario platform.

This is a hands-on QA role with focus on functional, exploratory, and regression testing at its core. You'll independently test new features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases, helping identify defects earlier, improve regression coverage to automated testing based on team priorities.

You'll work closely with the Head of QA, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Success & Services.

Key responsibilities

Independently plan and execute manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases.

• Create, maintain, and improve structured test cases, test scenarios, regression suites, and supporting QA documentation.
• Investigate software defects, identify relevant conditions and edge cases, and provide clear, reproducible, and actionable bug reports.
• Participate in release validation and risk-based regression testing, helping assess release readiness and known quality risks.

Identify recurring quality risks, gaps in test coverage, inefficient testing activities, and opportunities to improve QA processes and tooling.

• Raise testability concerns, edge cases, dependencies, and potential regressions during refinement and before implementation is complete.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and extension of automated tests according to your experience and QA team priorities.
• Investigate failing or flaky automated tests and help identify scenarios where automation can provide meaningful and sustainable value.

About you

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis and risk-based testing.
• Experience designing and maintaining test cases using
• Xray
• or a comparable test-management tool.
• Strong defect investigation and reporting skills using
• Jira
• or comparable tools.
• Experience with API testing using
• Postman, Swagger
• , or comparable tools.
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive web testing using browser developer tools.
• Experience with test automation using
• Cypress
• or comparable frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of testing activities, and raise quality risks clearly.
• Strong working proficiency in
• English

Nice to have

• Experience with integration testing involving third-party systems such as CRM platforms and payment gateways.
