The role
You'll work closely with our development and project team to test features, flows, and fixes across the platform, helping us catch issues before they reach clients and end users.
- What you will own
- Perform manual testing of web + mobile platform features, user flows, and bug fixes
- Write and run automated test scripts to cover regression and repeat-testing needs
- Log, prioritise, and track issues clearly for the dev team
- Verify fixes and sign off on resolved items
- Work against a feedback/action item register, coordinating with developers and project stakeholders
- What we are looking for (
- Must have)
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing, with proven hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing (with AI) for Web and Mobile
- Comfort testing membership or association-style web platforms (nice to have, not essential)
Proficiency in manual testing and test automation, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance QA workflows and increase testing efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication for bug reports
- Ability to start immediately and work to a short-term contract timeline (Aug 3, 2026)
- Experience with test/bug tracking tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
