Your goal is to de-risk real estate acquisitions, maintain contract flow, and ensure fully compliant execution on the ground.
Prepare, review, and manage high-volume real estate transaction documentation, including long-term leasehold agreements, land purchase contracts, and property management agreements for international investors.
Manage corporate legal operations for Foreign Direct Investment (PT PMA) structures, ensuring swift contract turnarounds to align with investment and development timelines.

Serve as the legal safeguard for all site acquisitions, ensure strict adherence to statutory rules, and maintain auditable corporate legal records.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Investor Support
Serve as the primary legal liaison between internal development, finance, project management, site operations, and external legal/notarial consultants.
Provide clear, practical legal counsel to foreign investors and internal executives on Indonesian real estate laws, foreign ownership rules, and transactional risks.
Coordinate seamlessly with finance and project development leadership to ensure legal milestones align with funding and execution schedules.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (S.H. / LL.M.). Advocate license (PERADI) is strongly preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in legal counsel, corporate legal operations, contract management, or transactional legal support roles.
Direct, practical experience working in a real estate, property development, or construction company is strictly required.
Solid understanding of Indonesian Agrarian Law, PT PMA setups, long-term leaseholds, land title conversions, and local
notary procedures.
Strong understanding of local building permits, regional land zoning, foreign investment regulations, and tax implications on real estate transactions.
Proven ability to review, draft, and negotiate complex legal agreements, spot transactional errors, and maintain flawless legal documentation.
Excellent legal drafting and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to interface effectively with international investors, internal teams, and local authorities.
Prior hands-on experience in legal transaction management for high-end villa developments, luxury resorts, or boutique hospitality projects in Lombok, Bali, or wider Indonesia.
Deep familiarity with local Lombok land dynamics, local government administrative procedures, and community relations in Central and South Lombok.
