Senior Sales Executive - Jakarta

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Wholesale Sales.
• Experience in the Sportswear, Footwear, Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry.
• Proven experience managing Modern Trade, Department Stores, Sporting Goods Retailers, Distributors, or Key Wholesale Accounts.

Strong account management and relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate commercial terms and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP).

Experience managing seasonal product launches, sell-in/sell-through activities, assortment planning, and inventory optimization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast demand, identify market trends, and recommend business strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling international sportswear, footwear, or lifestyle brands such as Nike, Adidas, PUMA, Skechers, ASICS, New Balance, Under Armour, Converse, Vans, Crocs, or similar global brands.

• Strong understanding of seasonal buying cycles (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter).
• Established network with major sporting goods retailers, department stores, and lifestyle retailers in Indonesia.
• Passion for sports, sneakers, fashion, and consumer trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a collaborative and performance-oriented mindset.
