• Requirements – Senior Software Engineer

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or a similar role, with experience developing highly scalable applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, or its derivatives, such as:
• TypeScript
• Node.js
• Scala
• Kotlin
• Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with at least one front-end framework, preferably React or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and end-to-end application development.
• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.

Familiarity with Lean/XP engineering practices, including

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Pair Programming
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and responsive applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, automation, and scalability.

Good understanding of product development lifecycle, from concept and requirements refinement through implementation and continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed and multicultural teams.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching junior/mid-level engineers and sharing engineering best practices.
