Founded in 2020, Kanggo has delivered 25+ service solutions supported by 2,000+ professional workers (Tukang Jagoan). Currently, Kanggo operates in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area and continues to expand across Indonesia. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Generalist with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will work closely with C-Level executives to support business growth through effective people strategies.

Requirements

• You have at least 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role developing highly scalable applications
• Hands on expertise in
• Java / Javascript or its derivatives

(Node Js, Golang, React Js, Vue Js, My SQL, Mongo Db, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Services GCP, Microservices, PHP Codeigniter 3, Flutter, Java Kotlin)

Have hands on experience on one of this back-end development (Node Js, Golang, My SQL, Mongo Db, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices Preferred)

• Experience to
• Learn/XP practices
• (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration/Delivery for both Mobile & Back-end)
• Experience working in
• Agile Software development
• Communicate, collaborate, and work effectively across distributed teams in a multicultural environment
• Delivering end-to-end experiences
• and care about your software architecture across the front-end, back-end, and the APIs that glue them together
