POSITION: SENIOR SOUS CHEF
BASED IN BALI
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Able to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Able to maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation procedures.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work and be based in Bali.

- Salary: IDR 8–10 million/month
