In this senior position, you will drive the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions, including structured credit facilities, reserve-based and inventory financings, receivables-backed structures, prepayment transactions, securitizations, and working capital solutions. You will work closely with trading, sales, legal, and senior leadership teams to identify opportunities and execute transactions end-to-end.
Candidates should bring a strong technical background in structured finance, commodity finance, lending, or investments, with demonstrated expertise in client origination, financial analysis, transaction structuring, documentation review supported by legal experts, and the development of creative financing solutions.
