- Evaluate workflow to improve manpower productivity and service level
- Collaborate with supply chain & category team to resolve issues and set forecasts
- Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security, and 5S standards
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory flow & accuracy
- Maintain daily inventory activities (manpower scheduling, inventory accuracy, inbound & outbound support)
- Oversee inbound, picking, packing, and outbound execution
- Monitor picking accuracy, packing correctness, storage order, and loading readiness
- Ensure SOP and safety compliance in daily operations
- Lead and supervise team in daily warehouse activities
- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and manpower allocation
- Minimum two years of supervisor level experience, ideally within commerce logistics or warehousing.
- Proven experience handling inventory accuracy and flow
- Strong understanding of inventory management
- Knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control)
- Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and security standards (including 5S)
