The best school trips begin with someone who asks the right questions, understands what matters to educators, and brings the right experience to life.
At WisataSekolah, we create educational journeys that help students discover, connect, and grow. Since 2012, we have worked to turn destinations into living classrooms through thoughtfully designed travel experiences.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant who can build trusted relationships, develop compelling proposals, and convert opportunities into successful educational travel programmes.
If you bring commercial drive, sound travel expertise, and a belief that every school trip should be safe and meaningful, we would like to meet you.
Lead consultative sales. Understand each school’s learning objectives, participant needs, budget, and expectations, then recommend the right programme.
Design compelling travel proposals. Develop tailored itineraries, clear quotations, and presentations that communicate the educational value of each journey.
Turn enquiries into confirmed bookings. Manage your sales pipeline, follow up consistently, negotiate confidently, and take ownership of sales targets.
Build lasting client relationships. Earn the trust of teachers, school leaders, and other decision-makers through responsive communication and reliable advice.
Source and negotiate with suppliers. Work with accommodation providers, transport operators, destinations, and activity partners to secure suitable services and competitive rates.
Protect programme quality and profitability. Prepare accurate costings and ensure proposals balance client expectations, operational feasibility, safety considerations, and healthy margins.
Coordinate a thorough handover to operations. Make sure confirmed arrangements, client requirements, and programme details are clearly documented and communicated.
Help strengthen our product portfolio. Bring insights from clients, destinations, and market developments to improve existing programmes and identify new opportunities.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in travel consulting, group travel sales, tour planning, or a comparable role. Experience with educational travel or school groups is a strong advantage.
