- Travel Design Manager
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall workload for
- FIT and GIT
- bookings.
- Prepare quotations, handle bookings, and submit proposals for FIT and GIT requests.
- Monitor workflow and distribute workloads among team members to ensure a balanced and efficient workload.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries.
- Develop and improve the performance of the
- US & Canada team
- Ensure all quotations are prepared and responded to within the required turnaround time.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with agent partners in the market.
- Work closely with relevant teams on operational approaches, product development, and contract development.
- Coach, mentor, and continuously develop team members across all relevant areas.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
- Provide regular reports to the Direct Manager, including revenue, materialization, quotation, and booking turnaround time reports.
Prepare the team’s monthly roster, maintain a balanced allocation of responsibilities, and discuss staffing requirements with the Direct Manager.
- Conduct probationary and annual performance reviews for team members and report the results to the Direct Manager.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen.
- Minimum
- 5 years of relevant experience
- with a DMC, Tour Operator, or Travel Agent.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of
- English
- , both written and spoken.
- Strong product knowledge and destination experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
