This is a senior position for someone who is fully trained, confident in guest service and able to take responsibility for the smooth running of the service. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in providing excellent service and maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in restaurant or café service
- Fully trained and confident in professional guest service
- Very good English skills
- Able to work independently, reliably and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service and maintain a high standard of guest experience
- Take responsibility for smooth service, especially during busy periods
- Support and guide junior team members
- Handle guest requests and problems confidently and professionally
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar and management team
- Help maintain service standards and daily procedures
- This is a senior position. We are not looking for junior or entry-level applicants.
