. As a full-time Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and bringing the OAKEN' brand to life through genuine hospitality. • What You'll Be Doing
• Preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, mocktails, cocktails, and other drinks according to company standards
• Providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to create memorable guest experiences
• Taking guest orders and making recommendations based on guest preferences
• Serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and service area at all times
• Supporting daily bar and restaurant operations, including table setup, clearing, and resetting
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with stock replenishment, stock rotation, and proper storage
• Processing guest orders accurately through the POS system
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Supporting team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of seasonal beverages and menu offerings
• Contributing ideas to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction
• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Server, Bartender, Barista, or Beverage Service Staff in a hospitality, restaurant, café, or bar environment
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee, mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is preferred
