• Industrial Service Engineer

to support the company. Below are the details of the position

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Technical Service & Support
• Install, commission, and hand over machines and technologies at customer sites
• Perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and repairs when required
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
• Monitor and ensure all issues are resolved within committed timelines
• Customer Support & Relationship
• Receive and clarify customer requirements and issues
• Provide appropriate technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure service quality
• Reporting & System
• Report service results and equipment status after each service visit
• Update and maintain accurate information in ERP/CRM systems
• Collect market insights, customer needs, and competitor information
• Sales Support (Plus)
• Recommend suitable products/services to the Sales team
• Support technical sales activities when required
• Achieve individual/team service targets

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience & Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s or College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, or related fields

• Experience

• Minimum 1 year (Junior level), or
• Minimum 5 years (Senior level) in technical service
