• Education and English Proficiency
• You hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an English-related field and have achieved at least a
• C1 level on the EFSET English Test
• Teaching Experience
• A minimum of one year of teaching or relevant professional experience is preferred.

You will also need to provide at least one professional reference from a previous employer or supervisor who can speak to your teaching performance, professionalism, and work ethic.

• You genuinely enjoy working with children and teenagers and bring enthusiasm, patience, and positivity into the classroom every day.

You are self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. You serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues.

Commitment to Training

You are willing to complete our three-week training programme, designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed from your very first day of teaching.

Professional Standards

You are comfortable adhering to English 1's Dress Code and Code of Conduct and are proud to represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Work Commitment

You are available to work six days a week, with Sundays included when required by operational needs, and can commit to a minimum one-year contract.
