Sharia Distribution Support (Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Support Proposition & Sales Module Development
• Support development of Sharia value propositions based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Assist in creating structured sales modules and supporting tools using Agile or human-centered methodology.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, agent guides, and proposition toolkits.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all proposition-related materials.
• Support Distribution
• Serve as liaison with Agency Sharia Troops.
• Gather customer insights, field feedback, and sales challenges from distribution channels.
• Support Distribution teams with proposition materials and sales enablement tools.
• Refine proposition content based on actual field usage and feedback.
