About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Shisha Master to join our opening team in Canggu, Bali.
We welcome candidates with previous shisha experience as well as candidates with limited experience who are willing to learn and develop their skills. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve shisha according to our standards.
- Prepare and maintain shisha equipment, charcoal and accessories.
- Ensure shisha quality, cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate professionally with guests and provide friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shisha area.
- Monitor charcoal and shisha supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is running low.
- Follow all restaurant and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the service team to provide a good guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous shisha experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn and receive training.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Maintain good personal hygiene and a professional attitude.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.

This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient movement, storage and handling of goods throughout our supply chain network. You will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence, optimising warehouse processes, and supporting our commitment to reliable and timely distribution services. This position is based in Bali and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic logistics environment.
- What you'll be doing
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring efficient goods receipt, storage and dispatch
- Managing inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
- Coordinating with logistics and distribution teams to optimise warehouse layout and workflow
- Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring compliance with health, safety and operational standards
- Monitoring warehouse performance metrics and implementing improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensuring goods are handled, stored and transported in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Managing relationships with suppliers, carriers and customers to support seamless distribution operations
- Identifying and resolving operational issues to minimise delays and maintain service quality
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience in warehouse management, distribution or logistics operations, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Strong knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory management systems and distribution processes
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and digital systems for tracking and reporting
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership capability and experience managing and motivating warehouse teams
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse and logistics operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands and support business growth
