WE ARE HIRING: MIKA CONCEPTS >> SHOP ASSISTANT (SPG) >> Ubud Area
We are a clothing store located in Ubud, Bali, looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Shop Assistant to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS
- Based in Ubud or nearby areas (Gianyar).
- Fluent in English (good speaking & conversational skills are essential for tourist customers).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail or customer service.
- Friendly, confident, honest, and proactive personality.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and clothing displays (steaming/folding).
- Process transactions using the POS system.
BENEFITS
- Fixed Monthly Salary: IDR 5,000,000 and Up (depending on experience).
- BPJS (Health & Employment insurance) after probation (3 months).
