Showroom Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom, specializing in art, furniture, and design. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in showroom operations, client relations, and sales, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in art and design. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with both local and international clients.

• Key responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

Provide a high level of professional service to clients, both in person and through email, WhatsApp, phone, and other communication platforms.

• Communicate confidently and professionally with local and international clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, collectors, and business partners.
• Manage and follow up on client inquiries, quotations, sales opportunities, and ongoing communications.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding sales, orders, inventory, deliveries, and other showroom operations.
• Monitor and maintain showroom inventory and ensure all products are properly presented and displayed.

Maintain a high standard of presentation, ensuring that the showroom and products are consistently presented in a professional and sophisticated manner.

• Ensure all client interactions and follow-ups are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work independently while maintaining effective coordination with the wider team.

Requirements

Proven professional experience in showroom management, sales, client relations, art, furniture, interior design, architecture, luxury goods, retail, or a related creative/design field.

• Fluent English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent reading and comprehension.
• Proven experience working directly with clients, particularly international clients.
• Strong experience handling client communications both in person and through digital platforms.
• Genuine interest and knowledge of art, furniture, interior design, contemporary design, and the creative industry.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• A proactive attitude and a high level of initiative are essential.
