Site Acquisition Supervisor

Job description

• Identify and evaluate potential sites based on market analysis and business potential.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate lease terms and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, and property developers.
• Coordinate with Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations throughout the site acquisition process.
• Manage lease agreements, permits, and all related documentation.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings meet the expansion schedule.
• Prepare site acquisition reports, market insights, and expansion recommendations.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Min. 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition or site development, preferably in retail, F&B, or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of property leasing, legal documentation, and commercial real estate.
• Willing to travel frequently for site surveys and business expansion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); experience with GIS or mapping tools is a plus.
