We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to lead our field operations. You will spend the majority of your time on-site, managing the construction of large-scale residential clusters and land development projects. Your primary goal is to ensure all developments run smoothly, adhere to budget constraints, and meet our strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily on-site construction activities, ensuring all work strictly follows approved blueprints, technical specifications, and Indonesian National Standards (SNI).
Coordinate with foremen, sub-contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth workflow and prevent bottlenecks on large land plots (spanning 2+ hectares).
Conduct daily site walk-throughs to inspect structural integrity, material quality, and ensure strict adherence to occupational safety protocols (K3).
Monitor physical progress against the project master schedule (S-Curve) and prepare accurate daily/weekly field reports for the management team.
Rapidly troubleshoot on-site technical issues, cut-and-fill discrepancies, or logistical delays regarding heavy equipment and material deliveries.
