to spearhead our daily site operations. With a strong track record of managing structural and architectural projects, you will be responsible for translating plans into reality, managing resources, and leading our site workforce effectively.
Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a diverse team of site workers and subcontractors. Ensure high productivity, clear communication, and strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Accurately read, interpret, and implement complex construction drawings, structural blueprints, and floor plans. Ensure all works are aligned with the approved plans.
Monitor material consumption on-site, forecast upcoming requirements, and take charge of ordering construction materials to ensure zero downtime or delays.
Keep daily site logs, monitor project timelines, and immediately report any plan discrepancies or delays to the Project Manager.
Exceptional ability to read, decipher, and explain complex construction drawings and architectural floor plans.
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams of site workers, resolving conflicts, and driving site safety.
Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) or CoreTrade / SEC(K) certifications.
